The hexagonal top radially inlaid with six powder-blue ground porcelain plaques decorated in polychrome colors with a bouquet of flowers including roses, tulips, and pansies within a gilt scrolled foliate surround, the gilt-bronze frame with a scrolled and foliate-cast edge and central rosette tilting above a twisting grapevine stem on a tripartite twisting dolphin foot and incurving plinth, with recessed casters
