The only known large site poster advertising the first New York appearance of Cassius Clay against Sonny Banks at Madison Square Garden. Clay stopped Banks in four rounds, but was knocked down for the first time in his career in the process. Dated February 10, 1962, the linen-backed poster is red and black on yellow. Near mint condition--26 x 39 in.
