With a frieze of ankh and was-signs above neb-signs, together reading "all life, all dominion," the ankh-signs in yellow, red and dark blue, the Seth-headed was-signs in yellow, red, white, dark blue and turquoise, the neb-signs with red and yellow diamonds in the center framed by white and dark blue chevron enclosed in orange, with decorative borders above and below
