With a falcon in profile to the right on a turquoise ground, the falcon with a white and black body, the eye in black enclosed in yellow, red, and black and a fringe of dots, the facial markings in dark blue around a swirl of pale purple, the wings in yellow, black, white, red, and pale green, the tale feathers in red, black and bluish-white, the legs in yellow rimmed in black
