The A-side with three figures within an Ionic naiskos, an old man seated in the center, a mantle draped around his legs, gesturing to the left to one of two youths who flank him, both nude but for their cloaks, holding spears, one wearing a petasos, the other holding a pilos, a shield and greaves hanging from the roof beams, with three female and one male offering bearer around the naiskos, the shoulder with a facing head amidst elaborate florals framed by dotted egg above and below, vertical lines in white on the neck with egg above; the B-side with a three-tiered flowering plant within an Ionic naiskos, surrounded by two male and two female offering bearer, with palmette complexes under the handles, the neck with vertical stripes framed by dotted egg above and double wave below; both sides with tendrils and leaves on the rim, palmettes below, with meander and saltire squares below the scenes
