Carved in sunk relief, preserving the upper body of the ram-headed creator god, If, within a cartouche, standing facing right with a crook in his extended left arm, leading a smaller human-headed figure wearing a headdress and false beard, with hieroglyphic text above, a cartouche to the right for Apries, the remains of a second cartouche preserved futher to the right
