A PAIR OF SANCAI MODELS OF BUDDHISTIC LIONS

Each snarling beast enamelled in yellow with aubergine and green mane and beard, seated on their haunches on a pierced green plinth; together with a blue and white bowl and cover, decorated with dragon roundels between linked cloud borders; a moulded figure of a child; a seated figure of Guanyin; and a blue and white moonflask, the shoulders with moulded dragon handles, the central roundel painted with a floral arrangement and scholars' objects, Kangxi mark, but later (6)
