Measurements of fol. 23v: 200 x 145 mm; text space: 145 x 103 mm; upper margin: 18 mm, lower margin: 37 mm, inner margin: 16 mm, outer margin 26 mm. 26 lines; ten lines: 54 mm. On goat vellum with very clearly distinguishable hair and flesh sides, arranged according to Gregory. 248 leaves: 110 (+ 2 between 1 and 2) 2-2410 254 (+ 1 before 1, and 1 between 1 and 2), with partly erroneous old Hebrew foliation. Signatures in Hebrew letters at beginning and end of the quires, and decorated single catchwords at the end of quires, written above the signatures. No traces of prickings, blind (and occasionally plummet) ruling applied on the hair side of the unfolded sheet. Filling the line is achieved by dilation of letters, by leaving an open space before the last word and by the inclusion of graphic fillers, often following an open space; protruding lines occur often. Dark brown ink. Italian semi-cursive script, with occasional later vocalization, especially in the first treatise, occasional pen flourishes on important words and phrases, with later marginal annotations and running titles. (First blank leaf incomplete with approximately 50 loss, cropped with minor loss of marginal annotations, fol. 236 with two tears but no loss of text, a few other minor defects, otherwise good condition.) Modern blind and gold-tooled light brown morocco, blue paste-patterned edges, modern paper flyleaves at back and front.
