LUZZATTO, Moses Hayyim (RaMCHaL; kabbalist and poet, Italy, 1707-1746). Commentary on the Idra Rabba. MANUSCRIPT ON PAPER

4o (195 x 145 mm). 141 + [1 blank] leaves (imperfect at the end, see contents). Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. (Some minor staining, excellent condition.) Modern blind and gold-tooled brown morocco, blue paste-patterned edges (differing from the other paste-decorated edges in the collection), two modern paper flyleaves at back and front.
CONTENTS:
Printed in Warsaw 1886 as part of Luzzatto's Adir ba-Marom, and again, from a Hebrew Union College manuscript, in Jerusalem 1990. A few (7-8) leaves are missing at the end of this manuscript (from p. 350 in the Jerusalem edition).
