4o (185 x 145 mm). 179 leaves (imperfect at the beginning, see contents). Modern lead pencil foliation. Brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. (Browning, staining and soiling, frayed corners and edges, with old repairs, occasional loss of individual letters.) Modern blind and gold-tooled red morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front, one additional flyleaf at the back.

CONTENTS:
Beginning missing. At the end Perek Shirah (fols. 171r-177r) and some other additions.
