4o (195 x 140 mm). [14 blank ] + 172 + [10 blank] leaves (probably imperfect, see contents). Modern lead pencil foliation. Dark brown ink. Ashkenazic semi-cursive script. Numerous marginal annotations, including references to the commentators on Shulchan Arukh. (Some corners restored, edges somewhat frayed, old speckling.) Modern dark brown blind and gold-tooled brown morocco, two modern paper flyleaves at back and front.

The text is only known from this manuscript. It begins in the middle of letter 'bet'.
