Baluster, on four foliate scroll supports, chased one side with a lady and her child mounted on a horse in a courtyard with groom and dogs, the other side with vacant shaped rectangular reserve, all linked by flowers and two trelliswork panels, with trelliswork engraved paneled multi scroll handle and spout, the hinged partly raised and decorated cover topped by cast peacock finial--9in. (24.7cm.) high, gross weight 34oz.
