Maker's mark of Samuel Wood, London, 1752
Cinquefoil, on four shell feet on S-scroll supports, the frame front applied with cast asymmetrical, rocaille bordered, cartouche engraved with coat-of-arms, engraving repeated on the three casters, with five sized bottle rings, two stopper rings, the center with baluster stem topped by foliate and shell shaped loop handle, with a pair and a larger caster, and two cut glass bottles with silver (unmarked) cover engraved with a crest, the large caster--7in. (17.7cm.) high, the stand--9in. (23.4cm.) high, the silver 46oz.
