cover 1804 (Jan.) entire from Curacao to Amsterdam, per the American Schooner Sukey bound for Philadelphia, captured on 21 January by H.M. Sloop "Driver" which arrived in Bermuda on 23 January, censored by the Vice-Admiralty Court, marked on reverse "opened in Bermuda" and numbered on face "1/23 4", the letter subsequently released and carried by warship directly to England or to Halifax and then by packet and eventually forwarded to Holland under a flag of truce.
