cover -- 1889 envelope from Halifax "S S "Alpha" via Halifax" to London bearing 4d., 1897 envelope from Somerset Bridge to U.S.A. bearing 2½d. and 1896 OHMS envelope from St. Georges addressed locally and showing "Missent to Halifax N.S", all three carried per the Alpha; 1898 envelope from Mangrove Bay to U.S.A. "per "Taymouth Castle"", and three later covers from Barbados per Ocamo (ex Taymouth Castle) to Bermuda, British Guiana per Oruro (ex Duart Castle) to New York and Jamaica per Beta to Bermuda; a few faults though an interesting group sent via this line which was formed in 1898 to replace the Cunard Service
