Unused on cover / entire letter 1864 (July) entire (first page missing) from Louisiana Creole, Ga., per Will O' The Wisp to France, rated "1/3" in red crayon and "1" in blue crayon, showing a superb strike of the "NASSAU/PAID" c.d.s. in red for 2 July alongside London and Calais c.d.s. and oval-framed "PD" in red, two Paris c.d.s. on reverse; the writer describes in detail a great and apparently recent Confederacy victory, and explains method for sending letters to him.
