Gregor, Postmaster of Inagua at Matthew Town, bearing 1882 perf. 12 1d. cancelled "A05" and showing, on reverse, "NASSAU NEW PROVIDENCE" c.d.s. for 28 July and 28 August, both showing year date inverted, and Type B7I c.d.s. for 9 August used at Inagua; the first recorded datestamp used at an Out Island.
