An early 17th-Century Flemish brass holland circle

The dial engraved and divided in four quadrants, with compass directions, engraved in capitals and scroll script, with stamped numerals, the inset compass box similarly divided in four quadrants, variation set at 10 West (lacking pivot needle, glass and retaining ring), with four fixed sights at the circumference, suspension hook and ring, the alidade with two sights, the underside pierced and threaded for staff mounting
