The 19.5cm. diameter brass dial with 12/24hour Arabic numerals, black steel hands with sweep seconds, stamped above the single key wind U.S. Maritime Commission, slow/fast regulation below '12', set within a brass bulkhead mounting with threaded glazed port; and another, similar with hinged port and green painted case, dial numbered 17649
