The 15cm. painted dial with Roman numerals signed Kelvin & Hughes (Marine) Ltd London & Glasgow together with Smiths 8 Day, slow/fast lever above '12', black steel hands, the minute hand with raised step for electro-magnetic guide to outer induction ring, single key wind above 'VI' to going barrel movement, contained within an aluminium case with electric contact, hinged glazed port and holes for bulkhead attachment -- 19cm. dia; together with another signed Mercer, the 15cm. white painted dial with Arabic numerals and single wind to going barrel movement, within a polished bulkhead case 20cm.
