An anonymous Dutch 10cm. diameter terrestrial globe made up of twelve chromolithographed gores and two polar calottes, the equatorial graduated in degrees, the ecliptic unshown, the oceans showing ocean currents, the continents outlined in green, red, pink, yellow, purple and orange and showing rivers, mountains, towns and cities (some old discolouration and wrinkling) atop a white metal figure of a bearded dwarf wearing a hood and holding one hand up to suuport the globe, standing on a stylised rocky plinth on top of a highly decorative moulded base
