A still life of a pond private yacht, a three-master and a terrestrial globe

Roelandse composed this nautical still life on a table draped with the Dutch tricolour against a green background. It shows a two masted gaff rigged schooner pond yacht with an open boat swung out in davits, a model of a field gun and a half hunter pocketwatch in the foreground. On the second plan of the picture we see a terrestial globe probably dating from the second half of the nine-teenth century. A model of a Dutch seventeenth century fully rigged three master can be seen in the background.
