Of compressed pear form, on plain circular base, the body all over decorated with scroll and foliate cartouches on matted trelliswork and scale-pattern ground, the spout and handle with chain, the foliate scroll handle with a cupid's head, the spout shaped as a dragon head, the high-domed cover decorated en suite, surmounted by vase finial
