Michel Gourdin, matre in 1752.

Established in rue de Clry for about 30 years, probably in his father's atelier, Michel Gourdin called 'Le Jeune', manufactured, as did his brother Jean-Baptiste, Louis XV, Transitional and Louis XVI seat furniture. He carried out Royal commissions and his stamp is to be found on some seat furniture of the Mobilier national.
