Purchas his Pilgrimage or relations of the world and the religions observed in all ages and places discovered, from the creation unto this present... The fourth edition, much enlarged. William Stansby for Henrie Fetherstone, 1626. 2 (32.5 x 21cm.) 23 engraved maps (by Hondius) and one plate, all within the text, one cut to edge of image area and mounted over an earlier misprint (as called for), without the folding map of China. (Y4 with small tear to margin, Aa3 with margin neatly restored, Hhh4 torn with loss of a few characters, Qqq3 with paperfault hole.) Later half calf (repair to head and foot of spine).
