Manuscript on cream paper, 290ff. with 12ll. of black naskh, punctuation in red, gold roundels between verses, sura headings in red within panels, first 56 folios with text between gold clouds, Persian marginal commentary in red, finely illuminated gold and polychrome floral bifolio, generally good condition, very light staining, in original 17th century lacquer binding with floral sprays on gold glitter ground, slightly scuffed and worn
