The shaded brick-red field with palmettes and angular flowering vine around a large stepped and gabled panel containing similar motifs together with four light aubergine panels flanking a lozenge medallion with angular vine radiating from a rosette centrepiece, the ivory, pink and light blue spandrels similar, in a shaded pale aubergine turtle-palmette and flowering vine border between brick-red rosette meander and barber-pole stripes, ends rewoven, very slight localised repiling
