Bin-soiled labels. Lot 72 levels: three base of neck, five top, two just below top and two upper-shoulder. Lot 73 one corroded capsule. Levels: four upper and one mid/low-shoulder
Tasting note: an archetypal Latour. Massive, tannic, almost 1928-like. Its components will take it effortlessly into the next century. I hope that I shall be around when it reaches its plateau of maturity around 2011. M.B.
