The removable ring-shaped stopper fitted into the decanter with flared rim over a double-ringed neck, the body centered by an elaborate eagle surmounted by the patriotic motto "LIBERTY," the obverse with a circular reserve bearing the initials "MS" flanked by tulips and fronds above continuous fluted detail--10 1/8in. high
