Each with a wide underglaze blue patterned border, the first with the arms of Macay impaling Hannay (wear to enamels, tiny frits), one with 'D' initialled shield suspended from a puce bow (slight wear), one with dove crest above an initialled shield (small chip), one with molded rim and initialled shield (tiny chip, star glaze cracks), and the last with initialled shield within purple and gilt garlands (slight wear, small chip)--5½ to 5in. (14 to 12.7cm.) diam. (5)
