H.M.S. Pearl served off South Africa from 18.4.1902 to 31.5.1902.
Chief Petty Officer D. Cozens served on H.M.S. Jupiter when that Battleship went to the assistance of the Russian Government in 1915. H.M.S. Jupiter kept open the sea passage to Archangel while the Russian ice breaker was being repaired and a grateful Czar awarded the Medal for Zeal to her crew.
