Third edition in Greek of Lucian's Dialogues and the second edition of the Philostratean texts and Callistratus. The 1522 edition is far superior to Aldus's 1503 edition and much rarer. The extensive Ahmanson-Murphy collection at UCLA does not include a copy and no copy has been sold at auction in recent decades. Because of its correct text, it served as an exemplar for subsequent editions. Adams L1604; Brunet III, 1206; Renouard Alde, 1522, 4 ('infinement meilleure que celle de 1503').
