The rounded sides delicately painted to the exterior with four elegant ladies standing in a terraced garden, one watering plants, the others in conversation by a rocky outcrop under a willow, the inner roundel with a single woman holding a lotus stem, surrounded on the everted rim with a diaper-pattern border reserved with cartouches of peach or pomegranate
