A set of five and one famille rose dish and a Japanese Imari barber's bowl

The set of five soup-plates enamelled to the centre with bamboo, peony and chrysanthemum in a fenced garden, surrounded by small flower clusters divided by pomegranate or finger citrus below a green trellis band encircling the shaped rim, 22.3 cm. diam.; a famille rose plate decorated with pink flowers, encircled around the well and foliate rim with a moulded pattern, 23 cm. diam.; and a Japanese Imari barber's bowl, the centre painted with a globular vase filled with a profusion of foliage and peony, encircled by trefoil underglaze blue floral lappets divided by tasselled drapery, 25 cm. diam.
