Most engraved or chased decoration, many monogramed or initialed The English examples comprising: A rectangular snuff box Reily & Storer, 1832, an oval example--Birmingham, 1946, and a spectacle case--Birgmingham, 19th century, date letter lacking, and a small shell form box, marks rubbed; The Continental examples include: Two Dutch peppermint boxes, an Austrian snuff box, a neo classic style Continental oval snuff box, a French oval snuff box, a Russian cigarette case Moscow 1893, a part enamelled match safe, two small boxes, an unmarked rectangular and engraved snuff box, a silver overlay tiny scent flask and a small two handled bowl; The American example include: Three match safes, a cigarette case, a card case, a part enameled string box, a similiar box, a small trinket box, a tea strainer, a small book mark and a bell form snuffer, together with, ten silver-plated or metal small boxes, a magnifiying glass, a paper knife, a small flask and toy pot (42)
