A gold, olive and red lacquered tortoise shell document box of rectangular form, the lid designed with two phoenix in flight amid blossoming peony and above water falling over rockwork, the interior lid with a landscape design, the base with a fruiting berry tree, signed Fujiwara Masa Aki; a gold lacquer basin of round form with strait, ribbed, sides and raised on three bracket feet, the exterior decorated in low relief with hollyhock crests amid scrolling, blossoming peony on a nashiji ground, the interior with clusters of fruiting plants along a rivers edge
