Each fixed gilt-bronze cover moulded with stiff leaf-tips, the body painted in colours with amorous couples in landscapes within a gilt trellis cartouche, the reverse with a bouquet of fruit and flowers, reserved on the gilt vermiculé turquoise ground, the socle and porcelain panels inset into the sides of the canted ormolu base similarly gilt--18½in.
