Sir Galahad III was bred in 1920 by Teddy out of Plucky Liege by Spearmint. Out of his 25 races he won 12 including the Prix de Poule d'Essai, the French 2000 Guineas, the Prix Daphuis and the Prix Jacques Le Marois as well as the Lincolnshire Handicap in England.
