with peirced cresting to the top consisting of a flower head above a stylised scallop-shell; flanked by issuing leaves running to flower heads and scrolling at the upper corners; the upper side of the frame with slight arc to the centre; the lower side also with a central stylised scallop-shell; torus; rippling hatched sight-edge -- 24 x 16 x circa 2in. (62.3 x 41.9 x circa 6.3cm.)
