A collection of material associated with The Beatles tour of America, 1966, compiled by Bess Coleman who accompanied The Beatles on the tour, as Brian Epstein's representative, handling press and publicity, the collection comprises:
- a typescript letter on Nems Enterprises Ltd headed stationery to Bess Coleman, 13th September, 1966, addressed in blue felt pen in George's hand Dear Bess telling her how much they had enjoyed having her on the tour, and thanking her for her help, signed by Harrison in blue felt pen George, additionally inscribed with Paul and Ringo's secretarial signatures in black felt pen, the letter with typescript postscipt John is in Germany growing his hair 1p.
- a mimeographed typescript letter from Tony Barrow, welcoming Bess to the tour and enclosing various lists, signed Tony in black felt pen, 1p
- a mimeographed typescript list of press and radio personnel making up the touring party, including Kenny Everett from Radio London and mentioning Bess Coleman in association with Teen Life Magazine/WMCA, New York, 1p
- a mimeographed typescript tour itinerary, beginning on 11th-24th August, 1966, listing flight details between cities, limousine, hotel and stadium details, 11pp.
- a mimeographed typescript itinerary of detailed travel information, 17th August - 18th September
