The case surmounted by a figure an amorino with trident (part detached) resting on a dolphin, with fluted columns to the angles, the pink porcelain side panels painted with female figures on gilt reserves, the dial (areas of repainting) with Roman chapters on a gilt reserve also painted with a female figure, spade hands, the twin barrel movement with strike on bell -- 12in.
