A LARGE CAMPANIAN RED-FIGURE BAIL AMPHORA

Side A: a bejewelled draped woman holding out a mirror in one hand, a fillet in the other, facing another standing draped woman who offers a large fluted phiale, a dotted circlet in her other hand, each with hair dressed in a sakkos and stephane, a window, rosettes and hanging fillet in the field
Side B: two facing male figures each with white fillet and closely wrapped in long himations, a scrolling floral plant between them, a crossed rectangle and a window above
Large scrolling flowering plants separating the scenes, scrolling wave patterned frieze below and on the shoulder, tongues on the neck, details in added white, repaired and foot restored
