18TH CENTURY B.C.
With an unusual scene of a seated goddess holding a staff being approached by a female worshipper, another goddess standing behind the worshipper, a four line cuneiform inscription reads "...-qaqqad, daughter of Amelgaya(?), wife of Ikun-pi-..., servant of the god Nergal"

It is extremely rare to have a dedicatory inscription for a woman and a female worshipper depicted on a cylinder seal.
