The case modelled with the semi-naked figure of a Greek warrior, wearing a plumed helmet, flanked by trophies about a tree stump, including a shield forming the Roman dial, the twin train movement with countwheel strike, the backplate stamped HMON, the rectangular stepped plinth applied with floral wreath mounts above an acanthus cast gallery
