GIOVIO, Paolo. De Romanis piscibus libellus, Rome: Franciscus Minutius Calvus, 1524. 4 (287 x 200mm.), title within woodcut architectural border, 6pp. list of fish and letter to the reader (a1-4) bound at end, with blank m6 (title slightly wormed in gutter, light soiling and staining of margins, occasional brown spots on text), contemporary vellum over pasteboard (spine wormed, covers bowed). Provenance: 'Alexandri Magnocaballi IC. Nouocomensis' (cropped ownership inscription at foot of title).
