"The Trimbach family turns out what many people consider to be the greatest expression of dry Riesling in France. It emerges from a tiny 3.06-acre vineyard called the Clos Saint Hune. This vineyard, which is soley owned by the Trimbachs and therefore not entitled to Grand Cru status, is situated in the middle of the Rasacker Grand Cru vineyard.
