Tibet, circa 11th Century
Finely cast with his legs slightly apart in alidhasana holding the vajra and ghanta, wearing an animal skin dhoti and garlands of snakes, his face with a ferocious expression flanked by disk earrings and tresses of hair falling down over the shoulders, with remains of red pigment to the topknot and cold gilding to the face
