Makers' marks of Maurice Mayer and Pierre-Franois Queill, Paris, circa 1840
Each with hardstone handle, the stem formed as trailing grapevines with a salamander on each side, the knives and reverses of spoons engraved with a crest within garter motto, comprising:
20 dessert spoons
20 dessert forks
20 dessert knives marked on tines, blades and bowls, in a fitted velvet lined leather case
