Circular, on a spreading circular base with gadrooned stem and rim, the two leaf-clad reeded handles issuing from lion's masks, the domed cover surmounted by a bud and leaf finial, the body engraved on one side with a coat-of-arms within garter of the Order of the Bath, with helm and motto, the cover engraved with a crest, marked on base, cover and finial
