Comprising a clock and two obelisks: the clock with bronze figure of a sphinx resting on a rectangular outset shelf above a flaring marble case with incised hieroglyphics fronted by an outset panel with winged-figure spandels centering a circular glazed door opening to a dial with gilt-incised Roman chapter ring centering TIFFANY & COMP. NEW YORK, all on a flaring base with gilt-incised figure of a spreadwinged insect; the obelisks each with a flaring obelisk simlarly decorated above an outset shelf over a flaring plinth fronted by a rectangular panel with gilt-incised winged bird, on a flaring marble and brass base with gilt-incised figure of a spreadwinged insect
